Therefore, to bridge the gap between the conception of an idea and its execution,
RISE Business Development Trainings offer a large variety of necessary information about
the Nigerian Business Terrain and the general modus operandi in the business world that
should ideally concern a young person, with a future to look to.
By this we are sure that in no small way, we are contributing to the development of the
human resources in our nation and catalyzing our marc, as a nation, to the apex of social development.
Over the years, it has become truth that the youth have made laudable incursions into the economic
make up of Nigeria as youth owned business concerns are springing up, everyday.
Our Style
Trainings hold every week by vibrant, competent facilitators from Phillips Consulting, Nigeria’s leading firm of Business & Management Consultants whose main thrust is Organization Development & Performance Improvement within offices in Lagos, South Africa, London & Kenya. External Facilitators that will comprise of young intellectuals from frontline Corporate Organizations in Nigeria’s private sector will also be on board to run sessions.
Just 15 students are admitted every week because we see that there is need for direct counsel, in specifics.
The RBA Library Assistance Project “When you read, you skim the surface,
when you study, you discover the treasure”.
The Library Assistance Project is an after training support benefit that forms part of the RISE BUSINESS ACADEMY and would attract about 100 young people for several daily hours, each month after training. The aim of this initiative is to promote a reading culture amongst Nigerian young people, while making it convenient for them to benefit from all kinds of Books, Journals & other Resource Materials that may not be easily accessible and / or affordable for them to purchase. This is to help enhance and harness the Business potential & ability in young people through adequate research and Work Study that will guarantee personal greatness. Registration Fee

Materials at the RISE Research Library where there are loads of Resource materials for
their use including 16 juicy hours of online Business Research every month.
